Son of Italian immigrants, JM Fangio was born the 24th of June in 1911 in Balcaece, Buenos Aires, ARGENTINA. During the 50´s he won five Formula One World Drivers' Championships and made history in the world of motorsports. By decision of the municipal authorities of Balcarce the 26th of October in 1979 started the creation of the Commission Pro-Museum of Automobile "Juan Manuel Fangio". Here begins the project, the constructions and finally, the museum is inaugurated on the 22nd of November 1986. The foundation Museum of Automobile JM Fangio has brought together a unique multi-space center that consists of the Fangio Museum, a Fangio Sport Café, a shopping-area and a tour showing in detail the brilliant career of this famous racing car driver. Varlion joined the foundation in 2011, after that the company has signed an agreement which gives the right to use the image of the pilot during five years as communication through their clothes, images, etc… in order to show the Image of Fangio to the world as a legend."
