Varlion Ambassador & VOT
As an Ambassador or VOT, you will be a Varlion reference in your community. Your mission is to convey the essence of our brand, naturally showcase and explain the superiority of our material, and help other players discover why Varlion is different. VOTs have a three-level contract structure to recognize their promotion and commitment.
What are we looking for in an Ambassador / VOT?
Official prescriber
Use and recommend Varlion products in your classes, training sessions, matches, and daily life. Be the example of professionalism and quality.
Brand image
Represent Varlion's values: passion, quality, innovation, and sportsmanship.
Sales generator
Help your contacts (students, followers, friends) purchase Varlion products through our website and/or authorized stores.
Authentic content creator
Share your Varlion experience on social media. Showcase the equipment, your on-court sensations, and help build the #VarlionTeam community.

Are you a professional with a commercial profile, business vision, and experience in the paddle and racket sports sector? Are you looking for an opportunity to develop an ambitious project backed by a global brand?
You will be an entrepreneur associated with Varlion with two main missions: expanding our presence in the B2B market and building and leading your own team of Ambassadors and VOTs.

The missions of the PROCOM
B2B Business Development
• Make sales to stores (offline and online) and clubs with a Varlion Pro Shop.
• Present new product collections, organizing events with your clients and VOTs to ensure the presence and rotation of Varlion products in stores.
• No territorial limitations: You have the freedom to develop your B2B client portfolio nationally and internationally.
Organize your team of VOTs and Ambassadors
• Select: Identify and recruit the best VOTs and Brand Ambassadors for your team.
• Train and motivate: Train them on products, sales techniques, and Varlion's philosophy. Boost their performance and ensure they meet their goals.
• Lead: Manage and support your team, resolving doubts and monitoring their activity and sales.
