Aerodynamics, vibration absorption, and precision
The PRISMA frame of the Maxima Carbon Rose reduces air resistance by 10%, improving acceleration and maneuverability. The racket features the new Wings Diffuser system (patented), which is interchangeable by you, not glued, injected into a new soft material, optimizing airflow and reducing vibrations, giving you exceptional stability and precision in every shot.
Additionally, the Elbowcare system, exclusive to the REGA range, reduces vibrations to avoid elbow discomfort and improves comfort. You can read more about Elbowcare in our technologies section.
Optimized rubber for consistent performance
Made with a bidirectional carbon tubular and a Hypersoft foam core, the Maxima Carbon Rose is designed to deliver consistent performance and excellent vibration absorption. The rubber of this model, unlike others, has a medium hardness adapted to all weather conditions, providing a quick response and more precise control regardless of the environment.
Precise spin and perfect shots
The exterior of the racket is built with Carrera 20 (18K) carbon fabric, developed to offer greater stiffness, durability, and a purer ball strike. On its surface, the SLICE technology offers a rough texture optimized for applying extreme spin.
The Ergoholes technology allows for greater shot efficiency, being ergonomically designed according to the outer shape of the racket, with larger holes near the edge that gradually decrease in size toward the center, generating a more homogeneous stroke.
The Maxima Carbon Rose features the Summum 14.5 cm grip, improving comfort during play and facilitating two-handed shots. Additionally, the patented Handlesafety system ensures the cord stays firmly in place, preventing breakages and increasing grip safety. The frame is also protected by the AD System, an injected and adhesive protector (patented), perfectly adapting to the Prisma shape without altering aerodynamics.
Carbon Cube Core (exclusive technology)
The surface is built with smooth carbon fiber fabric featuring an 18K thread and a diamond design, with a 20mm x 20mm weave pattern.
Prisma Frame (patented) + AD System (patented)
The Prisma frame, patented by Varlion, features a geometric shape that improves aerodynamics, reduces air resistance by 10%, and minimizes surface contact.
This design is protected by the AD System, an injected and adhesive protector (also patented), which adapts to the frame’s shape without the need for drilling.
New Wings Diffuser (patented)
Inspired by F1, this system channels airflow through the racket’s heart, improving maneuverability and stability on every shot. It is completely different from the previous model and is injected with a supersoft material that absorbs vibrations from the core and frame. In this new version of the Wings Diffuser, its main feature is that it is not glued; thanks to the material, the diffuser flexes and locks into three angles found at each corner of the racket’s heart. This ensures a perfectly fixed and interchangeable diffuser.
Summum (registered trademark)
It includes a 14.5 cm grip, a larger hitting surface, and integration with the Wings Diffuser. This set, registered by Varlion under the name Summum, enhances comfort, control, and effectiveness in every point.
Elbowcare (exclusive technology)
Exclusive to the REGA line, this system absorbs vibrations through the frame from the handle, alleviating impact on the elbow joint and preventing potential discomfort. Tests show that when fast balls are blocked at the net, vibration absorption is significantly higher compared to conventional rackets.
Slice (registered technology)
The rough Slice texture, registered by Varlion, consists of a series of curved lines designed to enhance spin on slice and topspin shots for both right- and left-handed players.
Ergoholes
The progressive hole pattern Ergoholes reduces air resistance and allows for cleaner, more consistent shots, expanding the sweet spot and improving swing efficiency.
Handlesafety (patented)
The Handlesafety security system allows the cord to pass through both sides of the grip, ensuring safer and more comfortable handling. It prevents breakage and adds reliability to the grip.
